We can help you plan everything from an authentic Hawaiian Luau to a ritzy black tie affair. Every facet of every type of entertainment can be coordinated by the Good Guy Professionals. From the archway to the zinnias, The Good Guys are there on your side.
Step 1: Meeting of the Minds
You have an idea of your perfect wedding in your mind. You can see the candles, the flowers, how the cake should look, what the wait staff is wearing; every detail of your special day. For us to best serve you, we want to be able to close our eyes and see it exactly as you do. That requires a short informal meeting. We ask the perspective customers to come in and sit with us for a while. We need to know the basics and we need to know the minute details: color coordination, how many people will be attending, how long cocktail hour will be, your budget! All those little pieces that add up to the big picture, a smooth and flawless day!
Step 2: Putting together the bid
This is what really takes the longest for us. At this point we will have a good idea, and a basic itinerary of the event. Now we will begin calling our sources to make your event come together. We will have an idea of price for the photographer-do you want him there for the rehearsal, the size of the cake-how many people in attendance, the DJ-what type of music do you like, the color of the linens-what are your colors, etc. We do the legwork for you, present you with a price, and if everything checks out, we then begin the process of booking the professionals.
Step 3: The Contract
A)Once we have established that you would like us to work for you, we ask for a $250 retainer to guarantee that we will be there for you on that date.
B)After we come back with the bids, and you decide that all of the prices fit your budget allocations, we ask for a 25% deposit of your total bill. This will allow us to make deposits to the professionals with whom we work.
Step 4: The Big Day!
Many receptions lack a person to “run the show”. If desired, We can have a person on site to help you through the formalities and make sure that everyone is working together. Who better to know the itinerary than the person who designed it. Any problems, We’re there to help resolve them.
